Health Promoting Schools Moray
Health promoting schools is part of a government programme to promote and embed the health and wellbeing into primary and secondary schools. Currently health promoting schools focus is to address national health inequalities along with maintaining levels of health with three stamps of approval, committed, commended and excellent.
The new school curriculum in Scottish schools now has health and wellbeing embedding within it and will deliver cross curricular messages in all subject areas in regards to health.
Health Rewards

The above leaflet is currently piloting in 6 Moray Primary Schools. 'Go active with Cyril' aims to promote healthy living through a reward card.
